Today I fell in love with my youngest cousin. She’s a wriggly little one too! AND she had the hiccups. AND I have another baby next year to look forward to too! Exciting times ahead. So welcome to the world Baby Jess! I very much look forward to watching you grow into what I know will be a beautiful young woman.

AND HERE IS A PHOTO OF THE BOULDERING STRIPPED JUST NOW.  Day 285 Did not want to wake up on Thursday. Went in to uni and my tute was pretty crappy. Soboring. There was amajor car accident on the m4 so I left really early for work so I wasn’t late and got there SUPER DUPER early. Did my maths assignment in that time and found out my Aunty Winney had a baby girl! So exciting! Can’t wait to meet her in a month. Work started and it was quiet which is good. Bek and I talked about murder and stuff whihc was terrifying. I got to do the tills and some guy walked in and watched me do it from the counter. I was shitting my pants. But he just wanted Chris to look at the gear he’d bought second hand whihc is fine. Did that and had so much trouble leaving. Realised we forgot to clock out and then the alarm went off but we eventually locked up and went home and slept. Day 286 Last flexible day of prac was alright. The kids were really naughty. Not a lot happened though. Nothing really of interest. That finished and I went home, got changed and Russ and I came in to work. We did some lead and walked to Bunnings for a rope bucket, got some dinner and then walked abck. Terrifying. Ate dinner, chatted to Carlie and stuff, did some more lead. On my last one, someone turned the lights off. Awful stuff. Waited around for them to turn back on and then fell off and quit pretty much. New project though which is cool. Said goodbye and went home. And here I am.

Day 284 Longest day ever.5am wake up for the early at prac. Got to prac at 630 and got started. The day passed fairly quickly, did all my obs early, had an earlier lunch and then got to leave at 230 which is cool. Went in to Villa and it was empty which was good for me. Had a nap on the couch and was woken up by Christian singing. Scotty and Chris scared me and made me think Lucy wasn’t coming but then she arrived and scared me and we left. We got stuck in traffic but the drive to Cirque du Soleil was fairly bump-free. Had some dinner and then walked to the big top. We got very excited and they let us in to buy stuff so we bought stuff and food and waited in front of our door for it to open. Totally started a trend. We sat and were really close! I took a photo and got into trouble which is pretty funny and then circus people came out and did stuff to entertain the audience before the show. The show started and it was spectacular! So many bendy people! It was really wonderful to watch. Lucy and I spent the entire time looking at each other going ‘… WHAT’. It finished all too soon and Lucy and I faced the chance that her car might be locked in at Villawood. Uhoh. We paid for our ticket and sat in the car for 30 minutes without moving because of all the traffic in the carpark. Managed to move and I got majorly lost and Lucy was on the phone to Christian about keys to the gate but once that finished we got found again and it was good. We got back to the gym very late … and the gates hadn’t been touched.  We said our goodbyes and drove on home. Such a lovely night.

I AM JUST CATCHING UP ON THESE SO EXCUSE ONE PHOTO FOR TWO DAYS, I AM SORRY. HERE IS A PHOTO OF THE GYM’S BOULDERING BEFORE WE WERE OPEN AND THEY WERE ALL CHALKED UP. Day 282 Got to sleep in (kind of) found out my car wouldn’t be ready until I started work so we decided to leave it. Dave was annoying all day and I want him to leave already. Eventually had to go to work so Russ and I went on in and watched Carlie and Scotty and Christian test some of the problems for the weekend. They look so awesome. Started work and it was super relaxed. Just a few lessons and stuff like that. Scotty got us McDonalds and that was good. Agreed to work a lot of Lucy’s shifts while she’s away so that’ll be good for my bank account. Closed up and went home and slept. Day 283 LAZY DAY. Got up to getthe car, left and decided not to go to uni. Russ got mad at that. I went home in my shiny new looking car and did a fair amount of work for prac. Also had a nap that was awesome. Went to Marko’s and hung out (and by that I mean I had a nap on his bed because I am exhausted) and then went and got dinner. Went back to his and went home right away so I could get home early. Got home and went to bed.

Day  281 Sunday! Fartday. So many farts. Norry farted all day and it was awful. Woke up early and went on in to work early because of daylight savings stuff. Norry was there alone because Bek had forgotten it was daylight savings. Spent a looooong time trying to fix the slushie machine because the people the night before had turned it off, all the mixture had separated and there were now huge chunks of ice stopping the rotator thing from rotatoring. Did that and the rest of the day was pretty relaxed. Norry kept farting and trying to blame it on me. The worst. The shift passed pretty quick because of daylight savings. There were some shitty groups but it was fine. Went home, had dinner and stuff after picking up dinner stuff and then fell asleep on Russ’ couch.

Day 280 SATURDAY! Awesome day. Got up early and drove to Lauren’s. I took a weird route but I got there in the end which is good. We went through Ancient stuff and she knew a lot more than she thought she did which is nice. We then moved the discussion to other stuff, got McDonald’s for lunch and chatted for ages. Then, we decided to play Hide and Seek with Bella the dog and that was great. I decided to leave early to get to the gym so I could be there on time for once. BIG MISTAKE. Got there and found out Megan and Jason weren’t coming because they were in Canberra for some reason. Hung out with Lucy Goosey for a while and made sure she kept her promise to her mum not topush herself. Russ didn’t finish work until 2 hours after he normally does, then he had dinner. Scotty and Laura came in so we chatted for a while and then finally got to do some lead stuff. Scotty was mean and told Russ to pay out when I clipped the last draw but I yelled at Russ something serious so he would take. Then we did another one and I could not for the life of me clip the last draw. No energy left. It was ridic. Came down and practiced taking falls without warning and arresting falls without warning. Did really well until the last fall I had to take which ended with screaming at Russ and Luka and crying. And then we got Luka to do my lead assessment AND I PASSED HOORAY! Good times. And apparently I’m pretty good at lead belay which is AWESOME news for me. Sweet as. Then we wnet home, had dinner and I fell asleep on the floor of Russ’ room watching Lethal Weapon 2.
